are extensive kitchen experience 5years +, advanced cooking and menu development skills Leadership and communication abilities, and knowledge of food safety and cost control.
Purpose of the job is to ensure the efficient and profitable running of the kitchen in cooperation with lodge management.
Perform all duties which are required for the convenience and comfort of our guests.
Implement and maintain the company standards with regards to the product and service offering.
Responsible for purchasing of all food and related items in cost-effective and systematic manner.
Receiving, issuing and controlling of all food and stock related items.
Ensure that wastage and stock losses in the department is eliminated and controlled
Ensure training is within department is ongoing, constructive and always aimed at improving levels of service.
