Key Responsibilities

• Implementing and maintaining policy and procedures relating to inventory control, to include ensuring the accuracy of warehouse inventory and analyzing quality of products.
• To ensure that the division is in compliance with government policies and regulations.
• Ensuring logistical efficiency for the company and work in tandem with other Departments.
• To review the receiving and stocking procedures to ensure that policies are followed.
• Responsible for employee development through training on policy & procedures.
• To recognize the signs of operational problems (e.g., Quality of produce in different seasons, wrong product in slots, high shrinkage, receiving errors, storage issues) and provides detailed corrective action plans.
• To ensure the cycle count and count back program is executed as designed, and is consistent and accurate.
• To ensure product rotation standards are maintained.
• Creates a harmonious department by keeping lines of communication open.
• To comply with FSSC 22000 Standards for Storage and Distribution.

Requirements

• Master’s Degree or equivalent.
• Well versed with chain Business management.
• Minimum of five years of experience in similar work.
• Good knowledge of Supply Chain, Inventory Management, Sales management, Purchase Management and related activities.
• Capable of leading a team.
• Knowledge of Pastel/IQ or any other custom made Inventory Software is essential.
• Good knowledge of business.
• Strong Analytical and Problem-Solving skills.
