SITE SUPERVISOR – Bonton (Botswana) (Pty) Ltd 4 views

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical works on site
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and technical standards
• Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical systems
• Enforce SHE requirements and conduct toolbox talks
• Manage site teams, materials, and daily reporting
• Liaise with engineers, clients, and inspectors (including BPC where applicable)

Requirements

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in electrical site supervision
• Strong knowledge of LV and HV electrical systems
• Experience on BPC or utility-related projects is an added advantage
• Knowledge of electrical regulations and safety standards
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Strong problem-solving and organisational abilities
• Computer literacy and IT knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other basic reporting tools
