Key Responsibilities
- The Civil Engineer will be responsible for a variety of tasks such as design and supervision of Civil Engineering Infrastructure projects.
- The ideal candidate should have a strong background in project technical and regulatory requirements and design softwares.
- The Civil Engineer will also be interacting with clients, contractors, and local government officials, as well as working closely with project staff.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
- A qualification in project management is an added advantage.
- Must be registered with Engineers Registration Board (ERB) as a Professional Engineer and with a valid Practicing Certificate.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- 12 years’ experience of which 8yrs in large civil engineering infrastructure design and construction supervision.
- AutoCAD and design software experience required
- Must have experience with project management, client-relations management, design, and technical staff supervision.
- Solid technical writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Manage project budgets and schedules.
- Problem solving and decision making
