One of our clients in hospitality industry is looking for a COOK ,who are willing to work early mornings,late evening , weekends and on holidays reporting to the supervisor . Applicants with experience in hotels , resorts ,Motels ,lodges & Restuarants or qualification in hospitality industry will have an added advantage .

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
  • Station setup and mise en place; ensure ingredients are prepped and labelled
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
  • Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
  • Assist with inventory, portion control and stock rotation
  • Work with Head Chef to develop specials and improve processes
  • Support team during busy service and help train junior staff when needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Cook in a busy kitchen (2-3 years experience )
  • Good knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
