COOK
One of our clients in hospitality industry is looking for a COOK ,who are willing to work early mornings,late evening , weekends and on holidays reporting to the supervisor . Applicants with experience in hotels , resorts ,Motels ,lodges & Restuarants or qualification in hospitality industry will have an added advantage .
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards
- Station setup and mise en place; ensure ingredients are prepped and labelled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and equipment
- Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
- Assist with inventory, portion control and stock rotation
- Work with Head Chef to develop specials and improve processes
- Support team during busy service and help train junior staff when needed
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Cook in a busy kitchen (2-3 years experience )
- Good knife skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
