SALARY: D4 (P193, 356 – P213, 468) per annum
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum.
BENEFITS:
• Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and Employee pays 50%).
• Contributory Pension Fund Scheme (Government pays 15% and Employee pays 5%).
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be in possession of a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Strategic Management, Management Services or equivalent. A Master’s Degree in a relevant field would be an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE:
At least six (6) years’ Post Qualification Experience, two (2) years of which should have been served on C1 as a Management Analyst I in Government or equivalent position in Parastatal or Private Organisations.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To provide management consultancy services in the areas of organizational restructuring, manpower utilization, job analysis and evaluation, reengineering of business processes and auditing of customer service standards.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Oversees mapping, verification and critiquing of processes and finalization of reengineering reports
• Coordinates organisational reviews and development of functional structures
• Conducts management consultancy services; organizational restructuring, job analysis, manpower utilization exercises, business process reengineering and audits
• Coordinates development of implementation strategy for approved recommendation
• Monitors organizational reviews undertaken by private consultants and facilitates their approval by the upper panel
• Recommends improvement in the management services field
