ACCOUNTANT / FINANCE
MANAGER – Position based in
Gaborone
The accountant/finance manager will report
to directly to the CEO and Board and is
responsible for financial reporting, general
accounting activity related to the month-end
closing process, variance analysis, annual
audit, and related duties. The ideal candidate
will be BICA member and have finance and
agency experience.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Responsible for monthly financial closing
activities.
• Prepare journal entries, account
reconciliations, and variance analysis.
• Assist with preparation of monthly financial
statements including Income Statement
and Balance Sheet.
• Prepare budgets and forecasts.
• Analyze financial results against the
forecast and prior year results to measure
current performance
• Approve vendor invoices, expense reports,
and review purchase orders to ensure
compliance with corporate policies
• Manage inter-company invoices and
billings
• Prepare monthly bank account
reconciliations and fixed asset analysis.
• Excellent accounting software user and
administration skills.
• Support various audit compliance efforts
(internal and external)
• Establish internal controls and recommend
process improvements
• Provide support to Senior Management as
necessary.
Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree or CIMA equivalent
• 5+ years of relevant accounting
experience
• Strong accounting knowledge
• Highly proficiency in Excel, Sage Pastel
etc.
• Must possess excellent critical thinking
and problem-solving skills.

FIELD SALES & MARKETING
REPRESENTATIVE –
Position based in Gaborone
Under the direction of an assigned
supervisor, we are looking for a competitive
field sales representative to develop sales
strategies and attract new clients. The
successful salesperson will source new sales
opportunities and close sales to achieve
quotas. The successful candidate will play a
key role in increasing income and revenue
by managing and negotiating with clients,
generating leads, qualifying prospects and
managing sales of products and services.
As an outside sales representative, or
sales agent, they will also research sales
competition.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• BA/BS degree or equivalent
• Proven sales experience and track record
of over-achieving quota
• Familiarity with different sales techniques
and pipeline management
• Computer use competency
• Strong communication, negotiation and
interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and driven
• Co-ordinate with other departments,
suppliers and customers to arrange the
delivery according to customer PO and
delivery instruction
• Prepare delivery orders and Invoices to
customer

HR ASSISTANT –
Position based in Gaborone
Under the direction of an assigned
supervisor, provides support in functional
areas of Human Resources including, but
not limited to, accurate maintenance of
personnel records and files, recruitment
and employment, special projects and the
preparation of related reports; Serves as
a liaison to various internal and external
customers and maintains general office
operations to meet the needs of the Human
Resources department; provide information
and assistance in person and on the
telephone to staff and management regarding
personnel matters.
Essential Duties / Responsibilities:
• Perform a variety of personnel and
clerical duties related to the recruitment,
examination, selection and processing of
personnel as assigned.
• Perform special assignments as
requested.
• Delivers exemplary customer service as
the first point of contact for the department
regarding Human Resources inquiries.
• Processes paperwork, which may
include; educating appropriate personnel
regarding required procedures, data entry
of new employees, termination of exiting
employees, and maintaining and storing all
required paperwork.
• Maintains and audits files for new hires
and terminations.
• Finalizes new hire paperwork, including
related data entry tasks and file creation
and maintenance. Maintains the
organization’s personnel records filing
system.
• Prepares correspondence, memos,
reports, or other documents in support of
the position’s daily activities as needed
• Assists in advertising, scheduling and
screening of applicants

Qualifications:
• BA/BS preferred, Minimum HS Diploma
required + minimum 2 years prior office
experience in an administrative or
support position. Prior Human Resources
experience a plus

skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and interact with all
levels of employees
