SALARY: E2 (P358, 800 – P373, 296) per annum.
LEAVE: 30 working days per annum
BENEFITS:
• Optional contributory Medical Aid Scheme (Government pays 50% and employee pays 50%).
• Compulsory Contributory Pension Fund (Government pays 15% and Employee pays 5%).
DURATION 24 -36 Months (Contract)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Masters in Psychology, /Industrial Psychology and Organizational Psychology.
Membership of a recognized professional body
EXPERIENCE:
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in Assessment Services and four (4) years as an Assessment/Development Centre Designer.
MAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To conduct research on Assessment /Development methodologies and develop instruments and tools appropriate for the assessment process to sustain the relevance of the Centre.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
1. Provides professional advice on the running of an Assessment/Development Centre and other Assessment methods.
2. Conducts research and analyses the data to facilitate updating of Assessment/Development Centre procedures and processes.
3. Designs research methodologies
4. Interprets and analyses assessment instruments
5. Develops, validates and reviews assessment instruments
6. Maintains safe custody of assessment records
7. Develops, monitors and evaluates quality control measures of the Centre.
8. Manages data and facilitates the flow of information
9. Engages in continuous professional studies in different areas relating to assessments
