The position is to play a role in the existing Training Department in a microfinance company that was launched 8 years ago. The ideal candidate must be a mature individual capable of working with a high degree of autonomy, responsibility and be able to lead by example.
- You must be a seasoned operator in the micro-finance industry.
- You need at least 2 years’ experience in Training in sales, customer service together with a proven and stable track record in the Training industry, this is not negotiable
- You must be a highly motivated and result-oriented individual,
- Experience in the Micro-Finance environment will be an added advantage
- Above average people management skills and professional communication skills are essential
- Basic computer skills in Microsoft Excel and Word required
- You must at least have one training qualification
- Certificate in Business Administration is required
