Job description
- To provide HR administrative services to ensure implementation of CIPA’s HR procedures
- Perform all relevant transactions related to the administration of payroll
- Ensure that HR records are accurate and up to date
- Assist in recruitment and selection processes
- Maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and safe keeping of information
- Processes and prepares documentation in relation to staff benefits, medical and allowances claims
- Assists in the training and organisational development processes
- Manages staff employee welfare and health programmes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology or related field
- No prior work experience required

- Excellent communications skills both orally and in writing
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and plan effectively
- Ability to lead change
