Job description
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, your main purpose will be to provide HR administrative services to user departments in order to facilitate the development of a highly motivated and productive work force.
This role will include liaising with internal and external stakeholders, these include but are not limited to all company employees, relevant Government officials, employer organisations, recruiting agencies. The key performance areas for Employee Relations, Recruitment & Retention, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organisation Development, Talent Management, Human Resource Planning, Information Management and Administrative Effectives.
The main duties and responsibilities include attending to employee (HR related) queries and HR issues; assists HRM in selection and recruitment process; coordinates staff training and compiles training plans for approval and implementation; coordinates the collation of performance management tools i.e. appraisal forms; assist in the organisation-wide development activities; assist in the formulation and maintenance of succession and retention plans; assist in determining the human capital needs of the Authority; other duties may be assigned by the Authority as and when necessary.

You will need to possess a Degree in Human Resources Management or related area, with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in HR.
The key competencies for the role include, interpersonal skills; analytical skills; business awareness; dynamism; attention to detail; facilitation skills as well as an ability to demonstrate customer focus.
