Main Purpose of the Job:
The role is responsible for providing timely technical support and assistance for end users to ensure the smooth running of computer systems while getting maximum benefits from their use.

Experience and qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s degree in IT related discipline.
• Experience in ICT environment will be an added advantage.
