The position directly reports to the Chief Human Capital Officer.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Degree in Social Sciences or Equivalent
EXPERIENCE:
– Five (5) years post qualification experience
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES;
– Develop and monitor implementation of talent Management Strategic Plans
– Manage integrated Talent Management System & Processes associated with Workforce
planning,
– Ensure job descriptions and evaluations, succession planning, Graduate Trainee, Leadership
and Staff development programmes are all intergrated.
– Develop and monitor implementation of the Organisational Strategic Plans to ensure
achievement of Organisational Objectives
– Manage measurements associated with Organisational Culture, Staff Productivity, employee
engagement index, managerial and leadership effective index.
– Manage Induction and onboarding programs to ensure that new hires are properly inducted
and aware of all internal processes, policies and regulations of the Organisation.
COMPETENCIES REQUIRED:

– Experience in talent acquisition, performance management,
career development, talent management and succession planning

– Good knowledge of learning and staff development principles
– Decisiveness and Accountability
– Knowledge of e-learning platform management, training and
development qualifications; professional certifications, workplace
assessment/ psychometric qualifications, are considered as an
added advantage
