- Develops Human Capital Management (HCM) strategies, policies and programmes m line the University s strategic objectives
- Provides a full range of general Human Capital services to the Institution’s management including; recruitment and selection onboarding, training and development employee relations, performance management, compensation, employee welfare and stall records management
- Manages effective remuneration and benefits processes and systems
- Ensures developmant and utilization of appropriate information systems that can be used to report on critical Human Capital information
- Leads Employee Health and Wellness to strengthen employee engagement and productivity
- Oversees Human Capital governance with the aim of mitigating institution’s Human Capital risks
QUALIFICATIONS
- Degree in Human Resources or Public Administration or any related course
- A master’s degree will be an added advantage
- A minimum of 10 years of related work experience with at least 4 years spent in a managerial in a medium or large organization
- Knowledge of HRIS packages
