Job Summary
handles customer enquiries both in-person and on the phone. To provide information and assistance to staff and tho public according to established SPEDU Compony standards to ensure the Company achieves its mission.
Main Responsibilities
- Answers telephone to assist callers with information on SPEOU services and other related issues to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
- Screens and directs incoming calls to the officers from clients.
- Performs in-person reception duties for routine clients such as receiving visitors and for different company activities to ensure prompt quality service delivery.
- Attends to clients in a timely, friendly and helpful manner. Deals with enquiries professionally ensure that the information that is provided is correct and about SPEDU products and services.
- Schedules appointments for staff whilst they are away from the office.
- Ensures that meeting arrangements are adequately prepared for.
- Maintains the reception area in a tidy manner so that a favourable first impression is given to Compony visitors.
Qualifications, Experience and Attributes
- BGCSE or equivalent
- Diploma in Customer Services, Secretarial Services, Front Desk Services or any other related qualifications.
- At least one year as a Front Desk Officer
- The incumbent should have excellent communication and interpersonal skill, high level of personal integrity: confidence
