Reporting to Head Shared Services, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and ensuring the successful execution of the Bank’s Human Capital Strategy.

Develops strategic HR plans and interventions by identifying and researching human resources issues: contributing information, analysis, and contributes towards the organization s strategic intent and direction: establishing human resources objectives in See with organizational objectives.
implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, welfare benefits, training and development, records management, wellness succession planning, employee relations, compliance, and labour relations.
Manages human resources operations by managing the recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining of staff: including planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions: maintaining compensation: determining production, productivity, designing systems: resolving problems: implementing change.
Develops human resources financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances: aligning monetary resources; developing action plans: measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
Application of HR Legislation and Policy and effectively developing team members and managing the departmental human resources.
The right candidate will possess the following-
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences. Human Resources Management or equivalent qualifications.
- At least seven (7) years post-graduate experience m Human Resources Management, of which of least 2 years should have been at middle management level as a generalist HR practitioner.
- A working knowledge of Oracle HR will be an added advantage.
