JOB DESCRIPTION
You will be responsible for keeping the office running smoothly by ensuring our customers are well received and have a good experience of our company. You will also be responsible for taking care of all our administrative requirements and coordinating all operations. You will also be an acting personal assistant to the CEO, ensuring his world runs smoothly at all times.

Below are key areas of focus within your role;
Acting as a first point of contact, dealing with correspondence – phone calls and emails Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming and assisting them accordingly Attending to customer enquiries by telephone assistance or quotations Understanding customer needs and requirements
Source new sales opportunities – tenders, contracts and networks
Coordinate marketing moments and opportunities
Coordinate customer deliveries and collection
- Administration
Organizing, attending meetings and appointments
Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation of the CEO
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO according to his remit
Compiling and managing reports Managing databases, accounting and filling systems
Liaising with staff, supplier and customers
Managing and filling expenses
Miscellaneous tasks to support the CEO according to his remit and acting
Managing and coordinating company operations – invoicing, deliveries, banking
- Leadership
Defining new staff roles, interviewing and selection
Coordinating company operations
Managing important tasks and deadlines
Compiling and managing reports
Source new sales opportunities – tenders, contracts and networks
KEY SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work well under self-supervision: you will be working alone
- Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information
- Flexibility and adaptability: our business environment is dynamic, responsibilities change often.
- Good oral and written communication skills: strong listening and presentation skills
- Organisational skills and the ability to multitask
- The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
- A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required.
- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, outlook, and powerpoint.
- Proven ability to network and close sales opportunities
