RECEPTION AND RESERVATIONS OFFICER

Reporting to the Housekeeping and Administration Manager, the Reception and Reservations officer will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of the facility through prompt, effective and proper reservations and front office service. The Reception and Reservations Officer will be expected to perform exceedingly well in the following:

 Ensures that incoming calls are answered in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
 Receive and manage reservations made online and telephonically.
 Ensures that all reservations’ queries are attended to timeously in a professional manner.
 Performs guest check-in and check-out procedure efficiently.
 Responds to guests queries in a prompt and professional manner.

Qualification and Requirements:

 Diploma in Hospitality Management or equivalent
 Previous Reservations and Reception experience of at least two (2) years in a Mid-scale property
 Experience in any Property Management Systems (PMS)
 Ability to work flexible hours.
 Ability to work under pressure
 Basic computer proficiency
