Chief Executive Officer

Strides of Success (Pty) Ltd is a start-up plant that will manufacture recycled Kraft paper and Virgin tissue.

If you have the drive and enthusiasm, a position of Chief Executive Officer exists.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• A Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance or any related field.
• A minimum of 30 years’ experience as Director/ Chief Executive in the Pulp/ Kraft/Tissue Paper industry is essential
• International Experience in Kraft & Tissue paper mills will be an added advantage

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

The successful candidate will assume full responsibility of the paper manufacturing plant including:

• Making all corporate decisions
• Managing the overall operations and resources of the company and acting as the main point of communication between the boards of directors and being public face of the company.
• Coordination of all departments including Finance, Production, Materials, Human Resource, Sales, Engineering etc. for the successful operation of the paper plant.
• To be involved in the day to day functions of the company.
• Directs the all operational aspects of the company
• Makes to grow the market share, reduce costs, and expand into new markets.
