To guide and manage the overall provision of Human Resources services (Staffing and recruiting, on-boarding, compensation and reward, employee health and wellness, Employee Development) as well as ensure consistent application of HR policies and continuous improvement of HR Systems in line with current best practices and changing legislation and regulations.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field.
- Minimum 10 years post qualification experience, 5 of which should be worked at a managerial level.
- Membership of a professional body.
