BACKGROUND AND OBJECTIVES

As the sales arm of De Beers, the De Beers Global Sightholder Sales (DBGSS) vision is:

• To be the world’s most efficient diamond distributor.

DBGSS invites interested and registered companies of repute domiciled in the Republic of Botswana to submit an Expression of Interest (EOI) for provision of Morning Snack and Lunch for a three (3) year contract. Note that submissions are requested on a non-committal basis, and are meant to assist DBGSS assess potential suppliers’ suitability to offer said services. Shortlisting and evaluation will be made to the most suitable proposal received.

SCOPE OF SERVICES

The identified service provider will be expected to:

• Provide Morning Snack and Lunch to DBGSS Learning Academy from Monday to Friday, weekly.

CONDITIONS

The service provider is to perform all work in full compliance with the company’s Safety and Sustainability Development policies for the duration of the relationship with the company.

DBGSS operates within a Precious Stones Protected area. All companies and employees involved in delivery of the service will be required to undergo Security and Background clearance processes and will be subject to all DBGSS internal Security and supplier registration procedures, including but not limited to Safety, Health and Environment, Business Integrity and Anti-Money Laundering considerations.
