Clerk of Works – Time Developments

Time Developments, part of the Time Projects group, invites applicants for the following position.

Job Title: Clerk of Works

Term: As per Duration of Project

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor, inspect, and ensure workmanship and construction practices of contractors engaged in the works are according to the required standards.

Witness and monitor testing and quality control activities to ensure high quality workmanship and compliance with contract requirements.

Monitor construction work schedules to ensure they remain on schedule.

Prepare and submit report on any deviations in workmanship, construction activities or schedules.

Provide general onsite technical supervision and support

Education, knowledge, and experience:

• Have a building/ construction qualification: diploma as a minimum.
• Have at minimum 8 years experience in construction industry, at a technical level.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office tools.
• Working knowledge of general laws and regulations governing construction contracts.
