1. LIFE MANAGERS: GABORONE, FRANCISTOWN AND MAUN

Job description:

• Tasked with the management of all activities relating to life and sales agents business including:
• Recruitment, training and management of life agents to a minimum number twenty
• Management of systems and supervision of junior staff to ensure efficient processing and underwriting of
• business to ensure high Interaction with principals and all other stakeholders
• Production of reports and ensuring branch meets set targets, shall be answerable for the department productivity
• Also procurement and servicing of short term business, would be an added advantage,
• This is a high management position reporting direct to the General Manager and Managing Director

Qualifications and experience

• Minimum five years’ experience in similar position, should have proven ability to market insurance business, manage the digital platforms, preparation and presentation of reports.
• Should be qualified to degree or insurance associate level

• Commensurate with qualifications and experience, benefits will include basic salary, over rider commission per set target and all other benefits like company car, cellphone, petrol allowances etc.
