Mobile Phone Repairman – Kebue Communications

Kebue Communications is a mobile phone and tv repair company that is looking for motivated, hard-working individual to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be someone who can work independently as well as on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining excellent customer service skills.

DUTIES

The mobile phone repairman is responsible for the repair and maintenance of mobile phones, and may also repair cell phones, replace screens, set up new devices and install new equipment.

Detailed job duties include:

• Perform all aspects of the repair and maintenance on mobile phones.
• Ensure that repairs are completed in accordance with company standards, procedures and policies.
• Ensure proper operation of equipment to ensure safe working conditions.
• Maintain accurate records as required of all work done as required by the company
• Provide excellent customer service).
• Work closely with other staff members

QUALIFICATION

• Must have a certificate in telecommunications engineering,ICT or any related field
• BGCSE
• Ability and willingness to learn new skills
• Strong communication skills with both internal and external customers
