ARCHITECT / TECHNOLOGIST

REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma in architecture or equivalent
• R.C registered will be added advantage
• Drivers license is a must have
• 5 years’ experience or more in architecture and built environment
• Age 30 years above, ready to commit for more than 2 years with the company
• Should be familiar with the D.C.C of 2013, able to acquire both planning and building permission
• Competent with AutoCAD , ArchiCAD, Atlantis and able to Model and produce 3D Visual Renders
• Creative with problem solving skills both in office and site
• Should Work under minimum supervision, create weekly schedule plans and giving daily reports to supervisors

DUTIES

• Prepare sketch designs, final designs and working drawings for projects assigned by the supervisor
• Attending project meeting and taking minute’s for project briefings
• Prepare programme of works and work schedules for minor and major construction works
• Responsible for inspecting on site projects, Sites documentation and reporting back to the office.
• Assess the needs of clients and come up with project solutions.
• Advise on environmental and regulatory legal requirements affecting the project.
• Obtain initial approvals from the various authorities.
• Produce feasibility studies and surveys.
