Total Eclipse Limited is seeking one hundred (100), vibrant Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate for this position must have the desire, ambition and vision to be a Corporate finance consultant, as it is our intent that the person becomes a valuable brand ambassador of Total Eclipse Limited, and its holistic B2B service offering.
The Territory Representative will be responsible for certain sales activities of the organization in the various locations of Francistown, Orapa, Maun, Kasane, Ghanzi, Lobatse, Ramotswa, Molepolole, Kanye, Jwaneng, and Selebi Phikwe. Generally, the territory representative will provides marketing input, corporate client consultations, and guidance for plans in business development, marketing, and the territory specific-sales promotions. The territory representative shall implement sales policies to insure communication of new products, variations, and changes, and promote services, as well as brand engagement activities of the company.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develops and implements strategic sales plans to achieve individual and corporate goals. Participates with sales forecasting activities and set performance goals. Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs, price schedules, and discounts rates.
Represents Company at trade association meetings to promote product.
Delivers sales presentations to key clients in coordination with sales representatives.
Meets with key clients, maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
Directs product research and development
Monitors and evaluates the activities and products of the competition.

SKILLS:
You must be willing and able to network and prospect consistently.You must also be skilled at finding new sales and strategic partner opportunities, possess excellent listening skills, be goal oriented, and willing to be trained in a selling and communication system embraced and used by all sales personnel and management. You should also have a working understanding of how to use Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint. Attention to detail is a must.
Experience: Previous commission-based sales experience is preferred but not required.
RENUMERATION: Commission based at 25% per new client. Uncapped quarterly performance bonus for best performing territory representatives.
Education: Degree preferred but not required
