MAIN DUTIES
- Should be good with preparing native & international dishes
- Order, receive and account for butchery stock
- Keep a sanitized & orderly environment

- Proven experience as a cook
- Experience in using various ingredients & cooking techniques
- Accuracy & speed in executing assigned tasks
- Ability to follow recipes
- Knowledge of various cooking procedures & methods
QUALIFICATIONS
- Aged between 25- 40 years
- Minimum of JC qualification
- Culinary school qualification will be an added advantage
