KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
STRATEGIC IMPACT
Improving turn around times and compliance in terms of the banks loans process as well as providing excellent customer service.
ADMINISTRATION
-
Assist farmers with accessing online loan applications.

Assist in Monitoring and collections activities
-
Aiding clients with loan application, ensuring adherence to process by verify that farmers have attached all key documents that are required.

Weekly reporting of loan application status.

Provide help to clients by offering advice whenever necessary.

Resolve issues and complaints from clients by providing them with appropriate information
-
Establish and promote cordial relationship with customers, ensuring prompt attendance to their inquiries and solving their problems to grant them maximum satisfaction
-
Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer’s experience.

Ensure that customers’ confidential information is properly protected and only used for official purposes

Monitor overall customer satisfaction levels
-

Compile and generate reports as they relate to customer service.

Answering customers’ questions by phone, email, or face-to-face.

Sell the Banks products or services by informing and suggesting new banking products to customers

Provide information to customers on their account status and account balances

Participate in marketing and awareness campaigns in the bank to create an enlarged customer base

Take information from customers and entering it into a database.

Make sure that the customer’s experience is a positive one.

Have sufficient knowledge about the banking products and services and respond to all inquiries accordingly
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
-
Bachelor of Agriculture, Business administration or related field
-
Certificate Of Proficiency (COP) long or short term as an added advantage.

Appreciation of know your customer (KYC) processes
-
Administration skills
-
Customer service
-
