Responsibilities
1.Provide administrative, clerical, and customer assistance. Manage clients, vendors and suppliers, prepare required paperwork, reports and proposals, manage payments, answer inquires, and routine correspondence.
2.Order, inventory, and maintain adequate office supplies. Maintain office equipment and arrange for repair when necessary
3.May report to a number of supervisors. Organize and prioritize a number of varying tasks and generate work in time frames given
4.Perform miscellaneous and general office duties as needed.
5.Assistthe lending officer(s) in maintaining credit files with up-to-date financial and collateral information
6.Support the day to day operations of the business and any other related tasks
Competencies
Ability to multitask and manage work across different tasks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Highly ethical and able to maintain confidentiality
Education and Special License(s)/Certifications:
Minimum requirement- Diploma in Business Administration or related
Class B license and preferably have a vehicle Possessing advanced computer skills – proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite at a minimum.
