CASHIER/DOCUMENT CONTROLLER – HOTEL 4:30

POSITION SUMMARY

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out specific duties related to assuming responsibility for the accuracy and timelessness of specific aspects of accounts receivable – processing, reporting and follow through. The candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining document flow between various departments.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Capturing the cash book
• Reconciling GL
• Supplier and customer account handling
• Capturing of suppliers and customers
• Invoicing
• General account and administration duties of a busy finance department.
• May also perform other duties as assigned
• Monthly reconciliations major Supplier B Customer accounts listed trail balance
• Petty Cash administration
