ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – MARUAPULA

We are looking for an Administration Officer at Maitisong. The ideal candidate must have excellent inter-personal skills, display leadership and organizational abilities and have a passion for the Arts and a willingness to learn.

A minimum of Diploma in business administration, project management, human resources or accounting from a reputable institution of higher learning.

• Able to provide excellent front line customer service
• Able to build a rapport with customers and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times
• Excellent communicator in both Setswana and English
• Take notes and write reports
• Computer knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point is essential.

• Works directly under the Maitisong Director and assists with ensuring Maitisong is run efficiently and professionally.
• Interface with different stakeholders, including corporate sponsors, media, artists, government officials, students and internal staff, as the first point of contact.
• To act as a point of reference for all enquiries concerning the activities at Maitisong.
• To conduct day-to-day administrative operations at Maitisong.
• To be an effective leader of the front of house team and must be willing to work long hours evenings and weekends during events.
• Manage all facility bookings, contract signings, invoicing and general book keeping at Maitisong.
