1. Agro-chemicals and Fertilizers sales Representative
2. Animal Health and Animal Feeds Sales Representative
3. Branch Manager

 

Detailed Job profiles

1. Sales Representative (Agro- Chemicals)

Duties and responsibilities

a. Providing service and advice to customers on agro- chemical products
b. Sales and proper handling of agro chemical products
c. Ensure branch compliance on agro chemical licensing
d. Train other staff members on agro chemicals
e. Ordering of agro chemical products as well as their stocking and packing
f. maintain proper stock levels on agro chemicals
g. Ensure branch growth on the agro chemical products

 

h. Advise on introduction of new products as well as any new regulation on agro chemicals
I. Act as branch liaison on matters relating to agro chemical products

Qualification and Experience

At least Diploma in Agro Chemicals
5 years proven experience in the sales of Agro chemicals

 

2. Sales Representative ( Animal health and Animal Feeds)

Duties and Responsibilities

a. advice customers on animal health matters
b. stock take and requisition pertaining to animal feeds
c. train staff on animal health products
d. building good relationship with farming organisation or associations in the area
e. ensure licensing concerning animal health products is in place
f. Keep a registry of relevant legislation with regards to animal health
g. Keep inventory of all animal feeds

 

Qualifications and experience

At least Diploma in Animal Health and production
At least two years experience in a related environment

3. Branch Manager

Duties and Responsibilities

a. general management of the branch
b. Ordering and inventory management of the products
c. establishment of prescribed products sales and management of the same
d. prescribing the products wherever applicable and dispensation of prescribed products
e. Internal staff training
f. advises customers on the product application and their applications
g. Ensuring that adequate licensing for trading branch is in place and valid

 

h. preparation of management reports ( for the branch)
i. Inventory control and stock takes
j. transport management
k. ensure branch profitability

Qualification and Experience

Diploma in Retail Management or related qualification and at least seven (7) years experience in retail sector preferably in an agricultural sector
Management of staff preferably in a retail environment will be an added advantage
Knowledge of ulti-sales/ any retail software will pose an added advantage.
