To effectively manage all aspects of the stores operations to achieve targeted sales, profitability and company objectives through the use of KPI targets and exceptional customer service and to improve business performance and realise objectives through the effective management and development of the people in your team

  • Communicate effectively, motivate the team and inspire commitment to change, and continuous   improvement, throughout the team;
  • Manage conflict constructively;
  • Demonstrate passion in delivering results, meeting goals and exceeding expectations;
  • Take personal responsibility and to be able to make tough decisions;
  • Ensure clear lines of communication are established and understood throughout the store;
  • Demonstrate courage, self-belief, persistence and flexibility;
  • Seek and handle both positive and negative personal feedback.

 

Specific Job Skills

  • Matric certificate;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in retail management;
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal;
  • Computer literate;
  • Ability to work independently and as part of the team;
  • Ability to communicate team members views to the Management team effectively;
  • Well organised, meticulous and professional;

 

Responsible for the overall smooth running of their store/department, our Floor/Store Managers work closely with senior management to ensure Company objectives are met, and communicating strategic goals to all members of their team.
