Business Applications and IT Support within BTC The position directs Information Technology (IT) operations within the agreed Corporate Strategy framework The position leads Heads of Departments to ensure collaborations and synergies in support of driving commercially focused, segment driven strategies to achieve high customer service standards
This results m an information technology focused position providing proactive and effective leadership In; oversoesmg the design and execution of the IT Strategy by designing/or acquiring and/or adapting appropriate information technologies to support the strategic business objectives, together with directing information technology programs and contributes towards the transformation of BTC
Knowledge, dynamism, technical know – how and a proven track record of strong leadership and management is vital for success in this position
You will have a strong information technology background coupled with strong business acumen supported with at least an information Systems degree or equivalent with at least 10 years’ relevant experience, five (S) years of which should be at senior management level transforming an information Technology division In an emerging market environment. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of telecommunications business models (Information Technology) and experience in driving IT Strategy, transformation and change in a technology driven organisation
- General Manager Enterprise Sales
Reporting directly to the Chief Commercial Officer, an executive position of General Manager – Enterprise Sales directs, drives, and maintains performance through a comprehensive Sales Strategy for the Enterprise market segments (Corporates. Government and Licensed Operators) within BTC The role also covers the effective management of targeted commercial interventions to all Licensed Operators. Client Relationship Management (CRM) and management of the international and national roaming footprint.
The position leads Heads of Departments to ensure collaborations and synergies in support of driving commercially focused, segment driven strategies to achieve high customer service standards

You will have a commercial background coupled with excellent delivery track record supported with at least a business administration. bachelor of science degree or equivalent At least 10 years’ professional experience In the field of sales, five (5) years of which should be at Senior Management level in a successful emerging sales market You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of telecommunications business models and experience in driving transformation and change in a technology driven organisation

Reporting directly to the Managing Director, an executive position of Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) directs and drives performance In the dynamic Marketing. Enterprise Sales. Consumer Sales and Service Quality functions within BTC The position oversees the Commercial arm of the company and leads executives to ensure collaborations and synergies in support of driving commercially focused, segment driven strategies to achieve high customer service standards
This results m a commercially focused position providing proactive and effective leadership m. the delivery of innovative and cutting • edge technology solutions to the market, effectively monitoring global trends and ensuring that BTC remains relevant within the global context, and driving sales for both enterprise and consumer sales The position provides oversight of the development and Implementation of best practice models of customer service for the company in its entirety thus improving operational efficiencies, execution and contributing towards the transformation of BTC Knowledge, dynamism and a proven track record of strong leadership and management is vital for success in this position
You will have a strong commercial background coupled with excellent business acumen supported with at least a marketing, business administration, communications or engineering degree or equivalent with at least 12 years’ relevant experience, three (3) of which should be at an executive level in a successful telecommunications company operating in an emerging market environment within fixed, mobile or fixed – mobile convergence strategies. You will need to demonstrate a deep understanding of telecommunications business models and experience In driving transformation and change in a technology driven organisation
