Purpose

To provide support to the Network Management team in all manner of interactions with clients

 

Experience and Qualifications

Business Degree or equivalent.

Credit management skills and experience of minimum 3 years in a Banking environment.

Cop (Short & Long – Term).

Responsibilities

  • To assume overall responsibility for the portfolio sales performance emanating from Retail and Business customers based on the sales budget allocated.
  • To present proposed solutions in relation to the specific needs of the Retail and or Business Customers.
  • To maintain and develop new and existing relationships to optimize profitable business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • To performing client needs assessments to determine best value adding products to adopt.
  • To perform market research exercises in order to identify market opportunities.
  • To be in-charge of WesBank product offerings and services in and around Francistown, whilst working closely with the Channels and Retail Segments.
  • To provide daily and weekly feedback reports to both, the Branch Manager (FNB Francistown) and Head–WesBank Retail on activities that have transpired.
  • To provide detailed competitor analysis to improve sales tactics for the business.
  • To consistent delivery of high quality sales with each customer interaction with full accountability on client service experience.
  • To manage risk and ensure adherence to compliance processes.
