Principal Accountabilities/Responsibilities
​Training development and delivery
Develops and designs content for training courses in specific functional areas to fill gaps in established programs; runs complex and/or customized training courses to improve employee performance within specific functional area.
Testing
Uses product specifications to design test procedures and standards.

Installation, Maintenance and Repair

Troubleshoots and diagnoses systems functionality for emergency repairs, performs preventive maintenance inspections, assists specialists in setting up and testing new products/processes and installs complex systems with guidance.
Improvement / Innovation
Identifies shortcomings in existing processes, systems and procedures, then uses established change management programs to deliver prescribed outcomes and/or provide support services.
Data Collection & Analysis
Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.

Data Management

Delivers prescribed outcomes by working as directed within established data management systems and procedures.
Knowledge Management
Delivers prescribed outcomes for area of responsibility by working within established knowledge management systems.
Needs Assessment
Uncovers emerging issues and/or needs and identifies potential causes, related issues, key stakeholders and barriers.
Recommendations
Advises managers how to apply a wide variety of existing procedures and precedents.
Solutions Analysis
Analyzes specified problems and issues to find the best technical and/or professional solutions.

Qualifications
  • ​A recognized University Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration or Equivalent.
  • Industry related certification e.g. SAP Certified Associate, Certified Business Analysis Professional, ITIL – OSA is required.
Experience
Work Experience
A minimum of 5 years post qualification experience in an ICT environment, 3 of which should have been in business analysis, system development and application support.

Managerial Experience
Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes
