Camp / Concession Management Couple – Northern Botswana

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a mature and well experienced Management couple to look after the Camp / Concession Management of a group of lodges in Northern Botswana. The candidates will need to have previou experience management experience in 5 star remote lodge environments.

In order to be eligible for work permits in Botswana, candidates will need a minimum of a Degree preferably in hospitality / tourism as well as 5 years of previous experience in a lodge / camp / concession management experience.

The candidates need to have all round management skills and able to manage staff, camp maintenance, logistics, purchasing, staff training and all camp administration. Their attentions will be both Front of House, Back of House and Concession management so they need to be all-rounders.
