A five star lodge within Chobe National Park is looking to fill the following positions
1.SOUS CHEF
●The ideal candidate should have a minimum experience of 5 years gained i reputable lodges/hotels and should be comfortable in all areas of the kitchen.
●Should also have experience in multi cuisine styles mostly ala carte service.
●Candidate should be able to direct and train, discipline and nurture staff to attain the results that we set out to achieve

2. CHEF DE PARTIE
●Main duties will include to ensure production, preparation and presentation of food of the highest quality at all times,maily working in the hot and cold kitchen.
3. AIR CONDITIONING AND REFRIGERATION TECHNICIAN
●The candidate should have a national craft certificate (NCC) or equivalent in this field.
●Minimum of 5 years experience is a prerequisite.
●Applicant should have basic skills in industrial electricity
4. GUEST RELATIONS OFFICER
●The applicant must speak and write English well and be able to converse fluently to local and international guests,addressing groups upon arrival.
●Must have good general knowledge of destinations, the geography of Botswana and neighbouring countries.
●A relevant tertiary qualification in Communications, Public Relations or Teaching is required.
●The environment requires the applicant to stay at available accommodation in the lodge
●It is to the advantage of applicant to have knowledge of guiding and guiding requirements
●Must have drivers license
●Must have at least 5 years relevant experience in the industry
5. WAITERS/WAITRESSES
●Services of energetic, vibrant, well presentable individuals are needed to provide excellent customer service for upmarket lodge guests.
●Duties include waitering tables,menu presentation, taking food and beverage orders and serving.
●Keeping the service area clean and safe
●Experience is an added advantage
The prospective candidates must have relevant qualifications,be mature and enjoy working in a remote bush environment, understand and have the necessary initiative to deal with day to day challenges this environment presents
