   I am a young man aged 26 years who is a holder of an Associate Degree in Journalism & media which i obtained at Limkokwing university of creative technology.I have held the position of assistant customer service officer at Mochudi sub land board and I was responsible for providing multi-faceted support which included operating the switch board guiding management regarding employee issues, conducting evaluations on policy violations, devising and implementing recognition plans, researching claims and performing investigations.
