JOB SUMMARY
Working with the Customer Services Manager, the candidate will interact and respond to enquiries over the telephone, email, and/ or instant messaging by dispersing them to the relevant personnel. He/she will be offered on the job training on the company products, processes and systems.
Among other key responsibilities, he/she will be responsible for:
• Analyzing incoming calls and emails, forwarding or transferring to right destination
• First line technical support Logging in faults reported over the phone and email
• Responding to enquiries over the phone, email and social media Creating leads on CRM for sales
• Responding to billing enquiries
JOB REQUIREMENTS
To be successful in this position you must possess:
• A Diploma/Degree from a recognized institution
• No previous contact center experience required
• Well-groomed Male/Female, aged between 23-30
SKILLS & ABILITIES
The prospective employee must have the following skills and abilities:
• Clear and effective in Communication in Setswana and English : phone, e-mail, chats
• Organized, analytic and attentive to details
• Flexible, friendly and patient in dealing with challenging clients Fast and creative
• Proficient with computers and software such as Microsoft Office.
REMUNERATION
Remuneration and benefits will be commensurate with experience and certification levels while a comprehensive, performance-based package and benefits will be negotiated.
