The applicant must demonstrate strong business relationships both regionally and internationally for attracting required funding through equity/investment partners willing to invest in the growth of the property portfolio. This is the key attribute required by the applicant to qualify for the position.

• At least 15 years of strong financial and managerial skills
• Held executive positions in leading organizations
• Investment project and evaluations skills
• Leading negotiations and facilitations of investment projects and financial arrangements with potential equity/investment partners
• Securing quality property investments to present to equity/investing partners
