F & B Managers wanted in the Okavango Delta, Botswana

Kendrick Recruitment is looking for F&B MANAGERS to take up positions in luxury tented camps in the Okavango Delta in Northern Botswana. Candidates must have the following:

• Tertiary qualfication relevant to the position (preferably a Diploma or Degree)
• Experience in kitchen skills / cheffing would be advantageous
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar position in a luxury remote lodge environment
• Excellent training and management skills
• Computer literate
• Ability to work under pressure and without supervision
• 3 Contactable references.
