Entry requirements:
-must be between the ages of 25 and 40.
-must hold BGCSE certificate or equivalent and at least 2 years experience in a reputable hotel.
-Hospitality course will be an added advantage.

-Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
-A friendly and professional telephone manner.
-Patience and tact.
-The ability to stay calm under pressure.
-Must be able to multi task.
-Must have initiative and problem solving abilities.
