POST: Fireman Driver I /Pump Operator I
SALARY: B2 (P49236-P59052 per.annum)
LEAVE: 20 working days per annum
BENEFITS: Optional contributory medical ais scheme Government pays 50%’and employee 50%.pension fund government pays 15% and employee 5%
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
-Junior Certificate/Cambridge.
-Basic ambulance coourse
-Advanced firemanship course
-Heavy duty driver’s license (Class C) plus two years experience as fireman driver/pump Operator II_B3 or equivalent
CORE REQUIREMENTS
-To monitor and drive fire appliances to the fire and emergency scenes and operate fire pumps and other equipments.
-Provides first aid and medical care in case of emergency.
-Cleans ambulance and fire equipment
-Performs fire drills and parades
-Undertakes.any other related duties as directed by management
