- Establishing and improving the productivity of Adcoms Training PTY LTD
- Assesses property-wide developmental needs to drive training initiatives and
- Identify and arrange suitable training solutions for employees
- This position actively searches, creatively designs and implements effective methods to educate, and to enhance performance and recognize performance through Short courses Training Curricula
Essential Functions
Key responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to the following:
- Conduct annual training and development needs assessment
- Propose training and development programs and objectives
- Develop and monitor spending against the departmental Training budget
- Obtain and/or develop effective training materials utilizing a variety of media
- Train outlet managers, supervisors and others involved in employee development efforts
- Plan, organize, facilitate and order supplies for employee development and training events
- Develop and maintain organizational communications such as bulletin boards and newsletters to ensure employees have knowledge of training and development events and resources
- Conduct follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results
- Modify training programs as needed
- Exemplify the desired culture and philosophies of the organization through training initiatives
- Works effectively as a team member with other members of management and the HR staff
