This position will report to the Senior HR Manager
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the Company at the CCMA
- Responsible for recruitment of branch staff
- Compilation of HR Management Information
- Interface with the payroll to collect monthly report information
- Consulting with line Management and staff regarding HR issues

Key Requirements:
Job Experience:
- 3 – 5 years working experience in a generalist HR field (at least 2 years in IR); Essential
- Experience with CCMA processes up to and including arbitration level in relevant country; Essential
- Experience working in a Retail environment; Desirable
- Facilitation; Desirable
- Grade 12; Essential
- National Diploma in HR Management or equivalent experience/qualification with subjects covering: Industrial Relations or Labour Law; Essential
- Registration as an associate with the BotswanabBoard of Personnel Practice; Desirable
- Must have a code 08 driving license, valid passport
