Job Title: EXPEDITOR
Qualifications, experience and attributes:
- Form 5
- Previous expediting and/or export and import experience an advantage
- Computer literate with working experience on Syspro a must
- Attention to detail – thorough and accurate
- Professional communication and people skills
Key areas of responsibilities:
- Following up on all backorders with both group and non group suppliers
- Updating clients regarding collections from customers and deliveries to customers
- Sales and order processing on Syspro
- Assisting with shipping documents / invoicing
- Liaising with freight forwarders and courier companies and border/ customs officials
- Export document control and re-import documentation
- Goods receiving
