Service and treatments you may provide include
- Welcome customers upon arrival and manage appointments
- Sell the company products and services
- Conduct field and marketing sales on rotational basis
- Achieve or exceed the minimum monthly targets
- Use waxing and laser to remove facial and body hair
- Provide manicures and pedicures
- Give various types of facial and body massages, including reflexology
- Conduct skin analysis (face and body)
- Provide advice to client based on each customer s needs
- Ensure all areas are clean and equipment is sterilized before use
- Update client records ( contact details and treatments received)
JOB REQUIREMENTS
The ideal Spa Sales Agent (SSA) must possess the following.
- Certificate/Diploma in Beauty Therapy/Hospitality with a minimum of two (2) years industry experience
- Excellent customer service and good communication skills, team player, hands on
- Up to date with cosmetic trends and make -up products
