Key Performance Areas:

 

Under the guidance and supervision of the Consulting Industrial/Organisational

 

Psychologist, the ideal candidate will:

• Assist with the administration, reporting and interpretation of Psychometric Assessments
• Assist with data collection, capturing, analysis and reporting
• Coordinate recruitment and sourcing for different client organisations
• Assists in various consulting assignments

Qualifications and Competencies:

 

• A Degree with a major in Industrial and Organisational Psychology
• Strong research and report writing skills
• Exceptional Communication skills (both verbal and written)
• Expertise in the use of Excel, SPSS and/or other research packages

Remuneration

An allowance will be offered to the right candidate
